IN-STORE RETURN PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
Exchanges and returns can be made at your closest Kazwear Swimwear location, within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be issued a Kazwear Swimwear Credit Memo to be used at a later date
Please bring the following required items with you to the store:
- The original packing slip
- The items you wish to exchange or return
Our stores are unable to process refunds for Online Returns at the current time therefore if you choose to return an item in store a Credit Memo will be issued that can be used in our stores at a later date.
Return without the original receipt: Exchange only for an item of equal value.
General Conditions
- Any merchandise eligible for a return must be intact and unworn with the price tags still attached.
- A gift card cannot be refunded nor replaced if lost or stolen.
- No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges.

For hygienic reasons we will not refund or exchange swimsuits. Any item eligible for a exchange must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with the price tags still attached. A gift card cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
Merchandise purchased in one of our stores can only be exchanged in store. The returned amount will be reimbursed on a Kazwear Swimwear Credit Note to be used in our store at a later date.
With the original receipt: within 15 days of purchase, exchange for an item of equal value, with original tags still attached.
