    1. Kazwear Swimwear reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.
    2. The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. 
    3. Once Canada Post takes possession of the items, Kazwear Swimwear waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.
    4. Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery to addresses outside of Canada.
